This role will fulfill accounting, HR and administrative duties.
AdMachines is an advertising agency that helps home service businesses launch and manage lead generation marketing campaigns.
We are highly focused in digital advertising including Google ads, Facebooks ads, Microsoft ads, Video Advertising, OTT and more! This job may be a particularly great opportunity for:
An individual with prior operations experience.
Someone with a strong financial and/or accounting background.
The perfect person for AdMachines is someone who is organized, has a passion for numbers, is outgoing and can handle the busy pace of a fast work environment.
Working directly for the President of the company you'll handle the following tasks:
Interfacing with team members in a support role.
Accounting duties including contract processing, payment processing, invoices, expenses, payables and payroll.
Experience with Quickbooks Online is a must.
Reconciling bank statements, managing company budget and finance checklist.
Recruiting and onboarding new staff members via our HR software.
Managing the needs of the office.
Opening mail and organization of files.
Writing and/or editing and/or presenting financial, legal and marketing documents.
Fielding and managing email and executive schedules and meetings including travel.
You will be a core member of our management team and will be fully supported through ongoing training - both internally and externally.

Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
You have Quickbooks and strong excel experience.
You are passionate about pivot tables.
You are a strong communicator and have strong writing skills.
