Resonsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Creating purchase orders and process payables.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client and vendor reception as needed.
Breakdown of weekly timesheets Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Process customer payments.
Requirements:
Consistently shows up on time.
High school diploma.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Detail Oriented Ability to anticipate needs Time management skills and strategic planning Strong ability to multitask Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
