Founded over 50 years ago, this group helps underserved individuals in both residential and independent living settings Within the last 25 years, they have also developed community programs Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and reconciliations efficiently. Coordinate with external auditors, particularly during year-end audits Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, encompassing cash, prepaids, fixed assets, and payroll accounts. Primarily responsible for bank account reconciliation across three bank accounts. Handle a high volume of transactions, including uploading payroll data and configuring files for import into NetSuite via CSV. Conduct prepaid analysis to ensure accurate accounting. Book insurance entries and allocate medical expenses to the appropriate P&L accounts. Manage fixed assets, including end-of-month bookings and depreciation calculations. Monitor for any additions to assets and ensure their proper recording in NetSuite. Proficiency in interpreting balance sheets and income statements. Manage accruals, particularly for vacation time. Book investment account transactions, with increasing responsibilities over time. Background Expected of the Accounting Manager:
Bachelors degree or experience equivalent NetSuite experience or similar ERP preferred Strong Excel skills #INAPR2024 Recommended Skills Auditing Bank Reconciliation Calculations Enterprise Resource Planning Finance Microsoft Excel Apply to this job.
